Additional Info:
- Gates open at 5:30 for set up vendors must provide their own table and chair. Vendors are allowed to have help with set up and break down helpers cannot stay for the duration of the event.
- Gates open at 6:30 for all guests
- Wristbands will be given to show age group (because alcohol will be for sale), VIP table holders, and general admission.
- There is a private changing area, restrooms, and lockers available for use during the event.
- Food & beverage vendors will be on-site for purchase for all ticket holders (VIP guests will have (1) food voucher and (1) drink voucher per ticket holder)
- A hotel accommodations list will be sent out to the ticket purchasers email provided after ticket purchase(s)
